My True Ghost Story

CREATING images as a means of communication is as old, or almost as old as our ability to observe and question the world around us. Paleolithic cave art depicts a variety of imagery that may or may not be a communicative, but in the least is something important to those who made it. We've come a long way from using pigment blown onto our hands on a cave wall. Now instead of pigment we use bits, instead of our hands, we use mice and drawing tablets. Regardless of the tools, we are still creating images that have some importance to us.

When those images are tied to a narrative, they become more then images. They become illustrative.
